Detailed description of the works Dear Sir Madam, With reference to the above, I am seeking a Level 2 structural survey evaluation of this property, which would be a first-time purchase for me. The house is approximately 20 years old, 167m² and appears to be in its original condition. There is a hilly rear garden, so I have concerns about drainage, but could not see any obvious problems on my own walk-through. I would appreciate a quotation for a survey. Kind regards, Seosamh.
